Refund Policy

The process for understanding the applicable cohort terms, submitting a cancellation or refund request, and tracking the result.

01

Policy scope

This page explains the request and review process for the Multi-Cloud Data Engineering with AI programme. The written refund and cancellation schedule supplied for your cohort forms part of your enrollment terms and determines the applicable eligibility window and treatment.

02

Before payment

  • Confirm the programme name, cohort, amount, tax treatment, payer name, and payment route.
  • Review the written refund schedule and ask about any part that is unclear.
  • Confirm how a cohort transfer, deferral, duplicate payment, or incorrect amount would be handled.
  • Keep the payment receipt and the written cohort summary.
03

How to submit a request

Email hello@bitsnbugs.com from the address used for enrollment. Include the learner name, phone number, programme and cohort, payment date, amount, transaction reference, request type, and a short explanation. Do not send complete card, bank-password, or one-time-password information.

04

How requests are reviewed

BitsnBugs will compare the request with the cohort-specific written terms, payment status, access already provided, programme activity, the timing of the request, and any exceptional facts submitted. The team may ask for additional information needed to identify the transaction or evaluate the request.

05

Approved refunds

When a refund is approved under the applicable written terms, BitsnBugs will communicate the approved amount and initiate it through the original payment method or another verified method where operationally required. Bank, card-network, UPI, payment-provider, weekend, and public-holiday processing times can affect when funds become visible.

06

Duplicate or failed payments

If a payment appears duplicated, debited without confirmation, or assigned to the wrong payer, send the transaction references and screenshots with sensitive credentials hidden. BitsnBugs will reconcile its records and, where necessary, coordinate with the payment provider.

07

Deferrals and cohort changes

A cohort transfer or deferral may be considered separately from a refund, subject to capacity, readiness, schedule, access already used, and the written terms supplied for the selected cohort. Any approved change should be confirmed in writing.

08

Escalation and statutory rights

If you believe a request was evaluated incorrectly, reply to the decision with the relevant written term and supporting evidence. BitsnBugs will review the escalation in good faith. Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
